The sjb group, the parent company of sjb medical, has an unrivalled reputation for executive level recruitment. Founded 10 years ago, the sjb group evolved quickly from Executive Search in its niche of IT Outsourcer (ITO) and Business Process Outsourcer (BPO) sectors to providing fully managed senior recruitment services to its clients. Founded on an ethos of ‘Relationship and Execution’ we strive to be expert in our fields of operation in order to manage and deliver on our promises to our clients’ business. In late 2010 in response to client demands in the independent healthcare market, the sjb group acquired a clinical recruitment team and sjb medical was formed. We bring the principle of market focus and efficient managed recruitment expertise to bear, sjb medical has rapidly become one of the market leaders in RPO and executive recruitment within the independent health and social care sectors.
