We are currently recruiting to support a brand new large scale programme which has recently been secured.
As a Community Nurse Assessor you will undertake face to face assessments of patients at home or one of our clinics.
You can use your assessment skills and report writing experience to aid patients by holistically assessing their needs and ensuring they receive the help they need to be independent and successful in their day-to-day living.
You will then collate this information to create detailed reports which are submitted to a government body who will make the final decision.
Who we're looking for
This is really important... You must have at least two years post-registration experience as a Nurse (RGN, RMN, RLND), Occupational Therapist (OT), Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Doctor with a licence to practice and must be registered with the NMC / HCPC / GMC with a valid PIN.
You must have the ability to work autonomously across a geographical area and hold a full UK Driving Licence.
A great team worker, an individual happy working as part of a team or on your own initiative.
A person with excellent report writing skills to enable you to provide a robust assessment report.
A productive individual, a worker with appropriate questioning skills along with the ability to capture informal and formal observations.
An individual with basic IT experience.
