To join us, you must be:
- A Registered nurse with active NMC PIN with 12 months' post-qualifying experience
- Clinically experienced
- Positive and committed to change, improvement and quality
- Able to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise.
- Equipped with excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
