Paramedic Assessors

As a Disability or Functional Assessor, you will draw on your experience as a clinical expert to assess and examine people with disabilities and illnesses who have applied for Government benefits. It’s not just about ticking boxes – it's about truly listening to their stories, asking thoughtful questions, and using your insight to paint a vivid picture of how their disability or health condition impacts their daily lives. This information will be vital to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), helping them make crucial decisions about benefits eligibility.

You don’t need experience as an Assessor – we’ll give you full training. However, you must be a qualified professional, who’s fully HCPC or NMC-registered. Eligible to live in the UK, with a valid licence to practice, you’ll have at least a year’s experience and an up-to-date Continuous Professional Development (CDP) portfolio.

Please note that a UK driving licence is NOT required for this role.
