About the Role

As an Occupational Therapy Assessor, you'll provide high-quality pre-entry therapy assessments for prospective learners, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs before enrolment. This role bridges assessment and therapy, giving you the opportunity to make a lasting impact without managing a traditional caseload. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to recommend therapy input, equipment, and support strategies-helping students thrive from day one.

About You

You'll bring clinical expertise and a proactive approach to every assessment. In this role, you will:

• Conduct functional and subjective assessments for prospective learners
• Collaborate with therapy teams to create person-centred recommendations
• Advise on therapy input, equipment needs, and support strategies
• Maintain clinical skills through occasional direct therapy delivery
• Work across multiple sites to ensure consistent, high-quality assessments
• Contribute to successful student placements and positive outcomes
